Imagine your group writing and performing their very own song at the end of year conference, AGM or even the annual team building day…. and having it professionally recorded.
The song/s will resonate for a long time to come… so don't say we didn't warn you!
In a highly interactive and engaging session, participants with even the most rudimentary musical knowledge will help write and record a completely original song.
Using small and large group work processes, which include getting the ‘rock stars’ in your group on stage and breaking the group into smaller teams, we’ll support the participants through the entire creative song writing process so they create and arrange the music and develop all the lyrics.
The professional rock band will literally amalgamate all the material and help your team flesh out the song live!
The vocals will be done as a group, which means no one is 'singled‐out' to sing on their own (unless of course they want to!) and the song is professionally recorded to immortalise the messages and the experience.
Relate the song topic to the conference theme or use the song to bring to life any ideas, experiences or corporate messages.
Creative teamwork
The participants will collaborate to write a song about a topic of relevance. The chorus will be developed collectively using both volunteers from the crowd and audience participation. Everyone will be involved in deciding on the genre of music, the melody, the chords and the arrangement of the song providing the backbone for the rest of the song.
How about adding some WOW factor by including one of our celebrity singers to help bring the song to life!
