In this fantastic and creative team building event your people are coached and instructed in the national identity and cultural performance of a chosen country. Teams of any size select a specific theme to work with and will brainstorm in their teams to select the creative performance that best represents their country, under the watchful eye of a professional performance coach from that country to ensure the best possible performances.

In this creative team building event the teams (countries)might find themselves learning and performing a Chinese Drum Dance, a Burlesque Can Can, an American Cheerleading routine, an hilarious Bollywood performance, the very funny German schupplatler dance, even an Australian indigenous ‘meeting’ dance, or haven’t we all wanted to try a Balinese Kecak dance.

The Program

This is the program you have been waiting for! Your team has the opportunity to be their own producers, directors, writers, singers, dancers, sound effects, and support crew ... and develop a greater understanding of the processes involved in becoming a great team. Team and individual dynamic and creativity are highlighted in this amazing team building event as teams go beyond their wildest expectations to produce a short 3 minute performance to best represent the teams chosen country.

Teams are briefed on the intricacies and technical elements of their performance to ensure the end product is both structured and entertaining.

Engage is supported and coached by performance professionals and facilitated by a professional team building MC to ensure clear and defined learning outcomes. Participants will gain an understanding and appreciation of the power of teamwork, relationships, communication and collaboration.

Team synergy and innovation are strongly encouraged in their quest to deliver the best performances possible.

Playback

Everybody loves to watch themselves or their team members on film, so imagine your people viewing the performances on the big screen over dinner, and laugh as everyone in the group receives an award for their efforts!

A presentation of the awards can be held as past of the evening entertainment, as it can be combined with your evening meal.
