XL Beach Olympics provide a safe, fun and effective way to get staff interacting in a friendly and competitive environment, where there is something to suit everyone.

What’s Involved?

Your event will be specific to you and your requirements, but here’s a taste of what you can expect …

Your team will arrive to find their favourite beach has been turned into an Olympic event to suit everyone. There are volleyball nets to the left, track and field to the right, colourful flags along the foreshore, and the list goes on! Once Zinc-ed up in team colours, participants are split into teams to compete against each other over a series of dynamic physical and not so physical events to engage everyone.

Over a 2 – 4 hour period, your team will compete in a Round Robin event program that will not only bring out their competitive streak, but teach them about team dynamics in a very subtle way.

All events are designed and tailored to suit your groups’ fitness s level, and promote teamwork, communication, leadership and maximum participation. They are coordinated by fully insured and first aid trained facilitators and we organise all council permits for eligible beaches in your city.
